ONEMAB was founded in 2025 with the goal of providing tailor-made solutions for problems unique to Indian businesses, which were growing faster than the rest of the world, and needed innovative strategies and significant handholding in execution.
ONEMAB is a blend of two words ONE and MAB.
ONE signifies “Many in Body One In Mind”.

Director
With over 16 years of industry experience across IoT, Robotics, AI, Smart Cities, Telematics, Fintech, and Industry 4.0, Hromit Kalra brings a bold vision and relentless execution to the table. Starting young and rising through the ranks in India, he has deep-rooted business insight and a passion for transforming ideas into leading brands.
Known for his creative drive and meticulous approach to Business Development, Hromit doesn’t just build strategies he shapes experiences that resonate. His mantra: “See it, believe it, build it.”
At OneMAB, he’s not just a BD expert he’s hands-on across operations, customer success, and solutioning. A believer in pushing that extra 10% effort, he’s driven by purpose, innovation, and the joy of doing things better every day.

Prateek Joshi
Director
Prateek Joshi is a scholar of foreign policy and national security, with a PhD focused on the early years of India’s foreign policy. His work lies at the intersection of historical research and contemporary strategic analysis.
He has previously served with the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), contributing policy briefs on India’s neighbourhood policy. He has also worked at the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA), one of India’s foremost think tanks in defence and strategic affairs.
In addition to his public policy experience, Dr. Joshi has advised international venture capital funds as a South Asia consultant, helping institutional and individual investors understand and navigate the region’s geopolitical and business environment.
